Complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and tear of the medial meniscus. Arthroscopic repair is shown resecting the remnants of the ACL, tunneling the femur and tibia to fit and ACL allograft, placement of a patellar tendon allograft and securing it in place with screws.
