This exhibit depicts bilateral C6-7 facet fractures and facet dislocation of C6-7. Gardner-Wells traction tongs are applied and an anterior neck incision is made over C6-7. The C6-7 disc material is removed and an allograft is placed within the interspace and secured in place with a cervical plate and screws.
