This exhibit shows multiple cervical disc herniations and ossification of the \r\nposterior longitudinal ligament causing severe stenosis of the spinal canal and \r\nspinal cord impingements. The surgical decompression procedure shows removal \r\nof the lamina and posterior process from C2 down to T2 and part of T3. Posterior \r\nbone fusion and instrumentation is performed from C2 down to T2.
