Condition following the above the knee to below the knee popliteal to popliteal bypass showing the continued ischemia of the lower leg including posterior heel ulcer and gangrene of the foot.rnrn4. Condition following the initial below knee amputation with the lower leg and foot removed, but also showing the chronic flexion contractures of the knee.rnrn5.
